Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours by logging in to your MUJI account or visiting the order page.

After this period, we may not be able to cancel your order as it might already be in processing or shipment. You can email our team with your cancellation request as soon as possible, and you'll receive email confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.

Once orders are shipped, orders can no longer be cancelled. However, you can always refuse the delivery or return your order once it arrives.
